Terms & Conditions

Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Accepting these Terms

Your use of hearinghires.com (“HearingHires,” “we,” “us”) is governed by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

Browsing jobs, reading any page here or buying a listing means you accept them and agree to be bound by them.

Anyone who does not accept these Terms should not use HearingHires.

Buying a listing or applying for a job through the site is limited to people aged 18 or older.

2. What we do and do not do

HearingHires is a job board for hearing care positions, such as audiologists, hearing instrument specialists and hearing aid dispensers, audiology assistants and technicians, patient care coordinators and practice managers. We do not provide hearing testing, hearing aid fitting or any other clinical, audiology or consulting service, and we give no professional, clinical, licensing or legal advice to employers, job seekers or anyone else.

Our role is limited to publishing job listings and career information.

Nobody hired through a listing is our employee; we are neither a recruiting agency nor a staffing firm, and we have no part in any employment relationship formed between an applicant and an employer.

We do not screen, interview or endorse employers or candidates, and we make no guarantee that a listing will lead to a hire or that an application will lead to an offer.

3. Where listings come from

Listings on HearingHires reach us in one of two ways: an employer pays for and submits the post, or we gather it from a job page the employer has made public.

Either way, responsibility for the accuracy of the description, pay, license or degree requirements and every other detail rests with the employer rather than with HearingHires.

An employer may change or fill a gathered hearing care listing on its own site before our version catches up.

Clicking Apply takes you off HearingHires to the employer's application page, and from that point the employer's terms and privacy policy apply.

4. Buying a listing

  • Each paid listing is charged once, at the price listed on the pricing page and no listing is ever renewed without you buying again.
  • Only the Growth and Brand slot plans recur. We arrange them with you personally, charge for them each month, and you can cancel either one at any time.
  • Stripe processes every card payment made to HearingHires, which means your complete card number is never sent to our servers.
  • Each listing is published once checkout completes, stays up for 30 days and expires on its own after that.
  • Requests for refunds are decided under our Refund Policy.
  • When you post, you confirm that the job genuinely exists and is open now, that the listing is truthful and lawful, and that it meets every employment law that applies, including anti-discrimination rules and any state or local pay transparency law covering the position.
  • If we reasonably believe a listing is fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, filed under the wrong role or in breach of these Terms in any other way, we may decline, edit or take it down. No refund is given for a listing removed because it breached these Terms.

5. Rules of use

Anyone using HearingHires agrees not to:

  • post a listing that is untrue, misleading or fraudulent, or one that promotes anything other than a real job opening;
  • scrape, copy or download listings or other content from the site in bulk to republish it, unless we have agreed in writing;
  • interfere with the site, test or access systems or data you are not authorized to use, or attempt to obtain a listing without paying;
  • send spam or other unsolicited marketing messages by way of the site;
  • impersonate another person or a clinic or company you do not represent, or falsely claim a connection to an employer.

6. Career and pay pages are general information only

Our career guides, pay pages and licensing pages give general background on working in audiology and hearing aid dispensing.

None of it is legal, tax, clinical, licensing or other professional advice, and it may lag behind the most recent changes to state licensing rules, federal regulations or certification requirements.

Pay figures are estimates based on the sources we name, and they do not promise any particular wage.

Confirm anything about a license, certificate or credential with the body that grants it before you rely on it.

7. Who owns the content

HearingHires owns, or holds a license to, the text, design and branding of the site, all of which are protected by copyright and trademark law.

An employer keeps ownership of the listing content it submits and licenses us to display, format and distribute that content as needed to run the site, including in job results on search engines.

Clinic, company and facility names and logos shown in listings are the property of the organizations they name.

8. No warranties

We offer HearingHires “as is” and “as available.” As far as the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the site will run without interruption or errors, that any listing is accurate or up to date, or that any employer or applicant is who they say they are.

9. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, HearingHires bears no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, that result from your use of the site, including any hiring decision, employment relationship or application outcome.

For all claims connected with the site combined, our liability will not exceed what you paid us during the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid us nothing.

10. Indemnification

Each employer agrees to indemnify HearingHiresand hold it harmless against any claim that arises from a listing the employer publishes, such as a claim that the listing is untrue, unlawful or discriminatory, and against any claim that arises from the employer's hiring practices.

11. Changes to HearingHires and to these Terms

Any part of HearingHires may be changed, paused or shut down by us at any time.

These Terms may be revised as well, and each revision will come with a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If you keep using the site once a revision is posted, you are accepting the revised Terms.

A material change to the terms for paid listings covers only purchases made on or after the date it takes effect.

12. Governing law and questions about these Terms

United States law and the law of the state where HearingHires is organized govern these Terms, setting aside any conflict-of-law rules.

If you have a question about these Terms, write to [email protected] .

Please read these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy .
