Questions of any kind can go to [email protected], where each email is read and answered by a person, not a bot.
Tell us the job title along with the name of your practice, hearing center or company, and we can find the listing without back-and-forth.
For anything about a payment, paste in the Stripe receipt number from your confirmation email and we can look it up straight away.
For practice owners, clinic managers and other employers
- Posting a job — head to Post a Job, fill in the form, and the listing is published the moment Stripe confirms your payment. Our pricing page lays out Standard, Featured and the monthly plans next to each other.
- Updating a clinic post or pulling it down — write to us from the email used at checkout and name the listing. We can change the pay range, the license or degree you ask for, the clinic setting or location, the schedule and patient load, or take the post down once you have made a hire.
- Payments and refunds — the refund policy spells out which purchases qualify, and sending your Stripe receipt number with the request lets us locate the charge quickly.
For audiologists, hearing aid specialists and other job seekers
- Applying— clicking Apply opens the clinic's own application form or email address. Whatever you send there reaches the clinic directly, and no copy passes through or stays with us. Questions about license checks, shadow days, background screening, interview times or start dates are best put to the employer.
- Reporting a listing — if a post seems fraudulent, shows pay or requirements that do not match what the employer published, or has already been filled, email us the title and employer and we will take a look.
- Cost — nothing. You can search and apply without signing up or paying anything.
