What every listing includes

30-Day Listing
Your post runs 30 days from the day you pay. Filled the role sooner? Tell us and we will take it down.
Google Jobs Indexed
Each post ships with JobPosting structured data, which makes it eligible to appear in Google's job search.
Sorted Onto Role and City Pages
An audiologist opening sits with the other audiologist jobs, a dispenser opening with the hearing aid specialist jobs, and both show up on their city and state pages too.

Choose Standard or Featured, describe the role, the license or degree you need and the pay, paste your application link, then check out with Stripe.

Everything happens on a single form and you never have to create an account.

The post is published once payment goes through, and its Apply button takes audiologists, dispensers and front-desk applicants straight to your application page or inbox.

Always recruiting? A monthly plan fits better.

Hearing aid chains, multi-office audiology groups and hospital systems tend to have something open most months: a dispenser for a new location, an audiologist to cover a leave, a coordinator when the front desk turns over.

Paying for each post separately gets expensive, and when a listing lapses before you hire, appointment books go unfilled.

A monthly plan gives you a fixed number of live listings for a single flat price.

Once you hire, move your next opening into that slot. There is no per-post charge and no expiry date to watch.

Pricing FAQs

When does my job post appear?

The moment Stripe confirms the payment.

Nobody has to approve it by hand, so audiologists and hearing aid specialists can see it seconds after checkout.

For how long is a hearing care post shown?

Each post stays up for 30 days counted from the date you paid.

Hire someone before then and we will pull it as soon as you email us.

Does a one-off hearing care job post renew on its own?

It does not.

You pay once for a single post and no subscription is created.

The monthly slot plans are meant for hearing chains, multi-office practices and hospital systems that recruit all year; those bill each month, can be cancelled whenever you like, and keep your listings up until the paid month runs out.

What does a slot mean on a monthly plan?

A slot holds one live job.

The 10-slot plan lets you keep ten openings up together, mixing roles and offices however you need.

When you hire for one, put a different job in that slot; swaps are unlimited and cost nothing extra.

Jobs sitting in slots never expire while the plan stays active.

Do monthly plans lock me in?

They do not.

You sign no contract and there is no minimum term.

Cancel whenever you want, and your jobs remain up until the month you paid for ends.

A Founding Partner price is guaranteed for 24 months provided the plan is kept active.

Should you cancel and come back later, the price is whatever the rate is when you return.

Can one post cover an audiologist and a hearing aid specialist?

Give each its own post.

Audiologists and dispensers look at different role pages, so two listings put each job in front of the right candidates.

If one person will split their week, say a coordinator who also does device check-ins, choose the role that makes up most of the day.

How can I pay?

Stripe runs the checkout and takes every major credit and debit card.

Stripe keeps your card details; none of them are saved on our servers.

Can a post be edited once it is live on the board?

Of course.

Email support with the change, whether that is a revised pay range, a different license requirement or new clinic hours, and we will update it.

Can I get my money back on a post?

A duplicate or accidental charge is refunded in full.

Because posts are published immediately, any other refund has to be requested quickly; the Refund Policy gives the exact window.
