Refund Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Last updated: October 20, 2026

You pay for a HearingHires post once, it never renews, and it is published as soon as checkout is complete.

Because audiologists, dispensers and other hearing care job seekers can see it immediately, no-questions-asked refunds are only available for a brief period.

If we made a mistake with your payment, we fix it whenever you spot it, with no deadline.

Full refunds for charges we got wrong

  • A single post was billed to you two or more times.
  • You paid, but a fault in our system kept the post from being published.
  • A charge you did not make, after we confirm it was not authorized by you.

A 48-hour window to change your mind

Contact us within 48 hours of paying and we will take the post down and return the full amount.

You do not have to tell us why.

After the 48 hours are up

At that point hearing care candidates have had two full days to see your post, which is the service you paid for, so the charge is final.

Hiring someone quickly does not reopen the refund window.

Should your new audiologist or specialist say yes in the first week, we will take the post down when you ask, though the remaining days of the 30-day run are not refunded.

Got an unusual case? Email us all the same and we will look at it individually.

Situations that are not refundable

  • A post we took down because it broke our Terms & Conditions, such as pay that misleads, hiring language that discriminates or is otherwise unlawful, an invented employer or a job that is itself unlawful.
  • A smaller applicant pool than you expected, or applicants who lack the license or degree you asked for. We publish and promote your post, but we make no promise about how many people apply or whether you end up hiring.

Asking us for a refund

Write to [email protected] using the address you checked out with, and give us the job title plus your Stripe receipt number.

Approved refunds go back to the same card you paid with.

The credit normally appears within 5–10 business days through Stripe, but some banks take longer or shorter.
