Patient Care / Front Office Coordinator: Private Practice, full time position, great team

Do you enjoy helping people and want your work to make a difference? Are you looking for a place where you can become an important part of a team, have a voice, and grow as you contribute?

Shelby Hearing Center is a local, independent audiology practice that has served Shelby and Cleveland County for more than 40 years. We are a small, close-knit team committed to providing highly personalized hearing care and creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

We believe great hearing care is about much more than technology. It begins with listening, building relationships, understanding each person's individual needs, and developing a treatment plan that helps them stay connected to the people and moments that matter most.

As a locally owned practice led by a Doctor of Audiology, we combine advanced hearing technology and evidence-based care with something equally important: genuine relationships with our patients. Honesty, integrity, compassion, and individualized care guide how we work with our patients — and how we work with one another.

We're looking for someone who wants to become part of that. This is more than a front-desk position. The Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator is an important part of our patients' experience and our team. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to learn, contribute ideas, take on additional responsibility, and grow as our practice continues to evolve.
