Medical Device Sales Representative

Are you a natural relationship-builder who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making a difference? Brown Hearing Centers is looking for a motivated, personable individual to join our team as a Medical Device Sales Representative in the Lake Jackson area.

This is an opportunity to build a career in hearing healthcare with an established, family-owned company. We are willing to train the right candidate and help them work toward the licensing required for a career as a Hearing Instrument Fitter and Dispenser.

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with patients and help them understand their hearing healthcare options.
• Conduct patient consultations and support hearing healthcare services within your authorized scope of practice.
• Recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on individual needs and professional guidance.
• Educate patients on hearing technology, product features, and available options.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Follow up with prospective patients and help them navigate the decision-making process.
• Travel to designated locations throughout the surrounding territory to support patient appointments and business growth.
• Participate in structured training and complete the required steps toward Texas Hearing Instrument Fitter and Dispenser licensure.

Previous hearing healthcare experience is not required. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in medical device sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, business development, or other relationship-focused roles.

The Territory:

This position is based in Lake Jackson, Texas, with travel to surrounding communities and BHC service locations. The territory may extend approximately two hours from the Lake Jackson area, depending on business needs.

Candidates should be comfortable with regional travel and adapting to different patient schedules and locations.

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
