Who We Are Looking For

· Enjoys meaningful patient interaction and clinical depth
· Values quality over high-volume productivity
· Is interested in hearing science, auditory processing, and brain-based care
· Is open to structured innovation and continuous learning
· Is seeking a long-term clinical home (3–5+ years) rather than a short-term position
Fit Statement
Because we invest significantly in training, onboarding, and clinical development, especially new graduates, we are specifically seeking individuals who are intentionally looking for a stable, long-term role within a consistent clinical environment.
About Our Clinical Model
We believe better hearing outcomes come from treating both the ear and the brain. Our approach combines evidence-based audiology with structured innovation, including Ear to Brain Fitness™, a trademarked auditory training program designed to support adaptation and improve real-world listening outcomes. We also provide structured tinnitus care, allowing clinicians to work with a broader and more clinically meaningful patient population.
Ideal Candidate Mindset
Success in this role looks like:
· Building long-term patient relationships
· Thinking clinically, not just transactional fitting
