Bilingual Hearing Aid Specialist/ Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Hearing Aid Specialist/Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting with hearing assessments, fitting and troubleshooting hearing aids, and providing exceptional customer service to clients with hearing needs. The position offers a fixed salary plus commissions, with sponsorship available for licensing to support your professional development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through better hearing solutions.

Duties

• Conduct preliminary hearing evaluations and assist in the assessment process.
• Fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing aids to ensure optimal performance for clients.
• Provide personalized guidance and education to clients regarding hearing aid use and maintenance.
• Assist in managing appointments, client records, and follow-up services.
• Support the team in promoting hearing health awareness and product offerings.
• Collaborate with licensed audiologists or senior staff to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and functioning.
• Participate in ongoing training and licensing sponsorship programs to enhance professional skills.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous experience in customer service or healthcare-related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of hearing aids and related equipment quickly.
• Willingness to obtain necessary licensing, with sponsorship available for the process.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent client care.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
