Audiology Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Audiology Assistant to join our growing hearing healthcare practice. This patient-facing role supports audiologists in delivering exceptional care while assisting with hearing aid services, patient education, inventory management, and practice operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hearing aid fittings, deliveries, and patient education.
• Perform hearing aid cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate repairs, warranties, orders, and deliveries.
• Manage hearing aid inventory and process invoices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support daily clinical and administrative operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Experience in audiology, ENT, or medical office settings preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with practice management software (CounselEar a plus).

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
