Join a growing Audiology and ENT team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, physician-led environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an Audiologist who enjoys working with adult patients, values teamwork, and wants to practice in a setting focused on clinical care rather than sales.

Position Highlights

Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
No call responsibilities
Outpatient-only practice, with two office locations in Akron and Green.
Work alongside Audiologists, ENT physicians, and APPs
Mentorship and onboarding support provided
New graduates encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic audiologic evaluations and hearing screenings
Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care
Counsel patients on hearing health and treatment options
Collaborate with ENT providers and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Minimum Requirements

Doctorate Degree in Audiology
Licensed OR eligible for licensure by the State of Ohio (Speech and Hearing Professionals Board.)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) through ASHA- Preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification through the American Heart

a. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity
b. Ability to complete registration/certification requirement within one (1) year
c. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and operate necessary equipment
d. Successful verbal and written communication skills required for customer relations.
e. Assumes accountability for demonstrating Service Excellence Behaviors
f. Must be willing to work with persons with all disabilities/conditions
g. Ability to be flexible/adaptable in meeting environmental constraints and demands placed on services as is common with changing regulatory, reimbursement and managed care targets

Level of Physical Demands:
a. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently
b. Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time
c. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
d. Requires exposure to communicable disease, toxic substances, and other potentially hazardous conditions common to a clinical environment

$34.00/hr - $50.99/hr

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
