Audiologist

4 Bridges Audiology is seeking a licensed Audiologist to join its team at the Red Bank office. This is an excellent opportunity for an audiologist looking to work in a patient-centered clinical environment with a consistent schedule and a supportive team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about providing quality hearing healthcare, building strong patient relationships, and delivering comprehensive audiological services. The role will include a variety of clinical responsibilities, including diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid services, and cochlear implant follow-up and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations.
• Provide hearing healthcare recommendations and patient counseling.
• Conduct hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care.
• Assist with cochlear implant mapping, programming, and follow-up appointments as appropriate.
• Support pediatric and adult patients with their hearing healthcare needs.
• Educate patients and families on hearing technology, treatment options, and expectations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with other clinical team members to ensure continuity of patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Active Audiology license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain one.
• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic audiology skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient-focused approach and genuine interest in providing quality hearing healthcare.
• Cochlear implant experience is beneficial but not required. Training and support may be available for the right candidate.

Schedule & Location

• Location: Red Bank
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Consistent schedule at the Red Bank office.
• No travel or floating between office locations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Compensation: $45–$50
• 40 hours of paid PTO annually.
