About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist for a permanent full-time opportunity in Bethel, Alaska. The Audiologist will evaluate the type and degree of hearing impairment and provide appropriate habilitation and rehabilitation services to support patients with hearing and communication needs.

This position also includes departmental administrative responsibilities, telemedicine utilization, and collaboration with Specialty Clinic operations.

Incentives & Benefits:

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations to determine the type and degree of hearing impairment.

• Develop and implement appropriate habilitation and rehabilitation services based on individual patient needs.

• Utilize telemedicine technology to support audiology services and patient access to care.

• Collaborate with Specialty Clinic leadership in hiring, orienting, training, and evaluating shared office support staff.

• Develop and manage the Audiology department budget while supporting efficient clinical and administrative operations.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Audiology Required.

• Minimum 2 Years of Professional Audiology Experience Required.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology or Equivalent Credential Required.

• Current, Active Audiologist License Required; Applicable Alaska Licensure Requirements Must Be Met Before Start.

• Ability to Utilize Telemedicine Required; Proof of Completed COVID Vaccination Required.
