Advanced Audiology of New York is now in Mineola.

We’re proud to bring our patient-centered hearing care to Long Island, and we’re looking for the right audiologist to lead our Mineola office into its next chapter.

AAoNY is a privately owned practice with offices across Westchester, Rockland, the Hudson Valley, and Florida. We’re not a corporate chain, and we don’t run like one. Our clinicians have a real voice, our leadership team knows them by name, and our patients come back because they trust us.

Our Mineola office sits right on the town’s medical row, surrounded by physicians, specialists, and one of Long Island’s busiest healthcare hubs. There’s real opportunity here, and we want an audiologist who sees it too.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $70,000–$80,000
• Total compensation potential: $120,000–$140,000+
• Performance-based annual bonus

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations, primarily for adults with some pediatric patients
• Conduct hearing aid evaluations, fittings, verification with Real Ear Measurement, and follow-up care using evidence-based best practices
• Guide patients to the hearing solutions that fit their lives, budgets, and goals
• Evaluate and manage tinnitus patients using current clinical protocols
• Fit and support daily-wear and Lyric extended-wear devices (training provided)
• Counsel and educate patients and families for long-term hearing health and communication success
• Keep accurate, timely electronic medical records
• Partner with our front office and call center team to keep the day running smoothly
• Build referral relationships with physicians on Mineola’s medical row and represent AAoNY at community events, health fairs, and senior workshops
• Stay current on emerging hearing technology through continuing education and manufacturer training

Who You Are

• Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or Master’s degree in Audiology
• Active New York State Audiology license (or eligible)
• Comfortable and confident recommending technology, and motivated by results
• A clinician who genuinely enjoys patient relationships and building trust
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced private practice
• Excited to lead an office and help it reach its full potential
• Lyric experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train you.
