How You’ll Make a Difference

• Consultation: Meet one-on-one to understand patient challenges and lifestyle goals.
• Advocacy: Guide and educate patients through the journey of treating hearing loss.
• Support: Ensure long-term success through proactive follow-ups and outreach.
• Collaboration: Partner with our Hearing Care Practitioner to provide a seamless patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Communication: Ability to build rapport and explain information clearly.
• Empathy: Experience and patience working with adults aged 60+.
• Service-First: Motivated by improving patient quality of life.
• Professionalism: Organized, reliable, and dedicated to high standards of care.

What We Offer

• Training: Extensive training to include state licensing as an Assistant Hearing Care Practitioner.
• Pay: Hourly rate, commissions and bonuses; potential to exceed $60,000 annually.
